Description
This GeoTIFF raster depicts modeled occupancy probability for Mallard from Maine Bird Atlas 2. The estimates were generated from marsh-bird survey data using a spatial occupancy model implemented with the R package spOccupancy, incorporating spatial trends and habitat relationships.
