To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on a Mass Gathering permit for the Cumberland Soccer Club Labor Day “Just For Fun” Soccer Tournament to be held at Twin Brook Recreation Facility on September 4 & 5, 2010 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 10 - 073.
