Abstract
Town of Cumberland Town Council Meeting April 11, 2005 is the complete packet for the Cumberland Town Council meeting for April 11, 2005, and includes the minutes of the Town Council meetings of March 14, 2005, March 31, 2005, and April 7, 2005. Agenda items include: 05 – 044. To hold public hearing to adopt updates to building permit and application fees. 05 – 045. To hold public hearing re: Auto Recycling Permit for Copp Motors. 05 – 046. To hear report from Winter Roads Committee. 05 – 047. To receive annual report from the Fire Department. 05 – 048. To hold public hearings re: a First Amendment to the TIF District Development Program approved in 1996, and to authorize the Town Manager to execute Credit Enhancement Agreements with both BFTE Properties, LLC, d/b/a Norton Financial, and Planet Dog Campus, LLC, for properties in the Route One North TIF District. 05 – 049. To set dates for Bulky Waste Pickup on the Mainland and Island and the Household Hazardous Waste Collection date for Chebeague Island. 05 – 050. To hold public hearing to consider and act on forming a Regional Dispatch Center with Town of Yarmouth. 05 – 051. To establish the Chandlers Cove Committee and appoint members to the same. 05 – 052.
