Entries include brief biographical information, a typed biography of Withington a medical chief of the Anglo-French Hospital at Dreux, France, during World War I and rural medical doctor to the coal mining region of Harlan County, Kentucky, in her later years, a handwritten letter from Dr. Withington on The Dodge Hotel, Washington, notepaper stationery with some biographical information presenting her book Mine Eyes Have Seen for the Maine Author Collection, and a clipping of a biographical book review from "News of Books and Authors," published by the E.P. Dutton Company.
