Entries include brief biographical information, a typed letter from the Maine State Library introducing Williams to the Maine Author Collection, a typed letter on Loring's personal publishing stationery presenting poetry anthologies and a book of his poetry with some biographical information regarding his family and his father's management of the Sanford Co-operative Association, a grocery in Sanford, Maine, a biographical newspaper clipping with a large photographic portrait image of Williams describing his editorship of the American Weave magazine, a directorship of the Maine Writers Conference at Ocean Park, Maine, and his role in the Ohio Poetry Society, a typed letter from Williams on The Hart Crane and Alice Crane, Williams Memorial Fund, stationery presenting poetry collections and discouraging presentation of his book Brother Crow, a typed letter on W. Paul Quarrington, Counselor and Attorney At Law, North Berwick, Maine, stationery after the passing of Loring Eugene Williams wherein Quarrington promises to find a copy of this book, and typed letters from the Maine State Library to Mr. Elmer Rogers and W. Paul Quarrington on receipt of Brother Crow for the Maine Author Collection.
