Photo identified as "Game biologists of the Maine Fish and Game Department employ controlled burning at Sandy Point Game Mangement Area in Stockton Springs. The Department has 14 Game management areas in Maine, where habitat is managed to benefit game, in particular upland game and waterfowl. Water level control often is an important part of this management. Free hunting is permitted on most of these areas, which total approximately 17,400 acres.".
