Agenda items include: 15 – 113 To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on setting sewer user fees for FY’16. 15 – 114 To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on a Mass Gathering Permit for Binnie Media’s Fall Ultimate Yard Sale to be held on October 17th at the Cumberland Fair Grounds. 15 – 115 To consider and act on forwarding to the Planning Board for a Public Hearing and recommendation a zone change request for 306 Tuttle Road to change the zone from Rural Residential 1 (RRI) to Village Mixed Use (VMU).
