12 - 109 To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on a Mass Gathering Permit for the New England High School Athletic Council Cross Country Championships to be held on Saturday, November 10th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Twin Brook Recreation Facility.

12 - 111 To hear a report from the Town Manager re: sewer user fee increase (recommendation: 3.2% for FY’13) and to set a Public Hearing date (July 23rd) to consider and act on increase.

12 - 112 To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on annual Victualer’s Licenses for Non-Profit Organizations for the period of July 1st, 2012 – June 30th, 2013.
