Town of Cumberland Town Council Meeting June 28, 2010 is the complete packet for the Cumberland Town Council meeting for June 28, 2010, and includes the minutes of the Town Council meeting of June 14, 2010. Agenda items include: 10 - 084. To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on annual Victualer’s Licenses for the period of July 1, 2010 - June 30, 2011. 10 - 085. To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on amendments to Section 402.A (Domesticated Chickens) of the Cumberland Zoning Ordinance, as recommended by the Planning Board. 10 - 086. To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on adding Section 402.6 (Deer Feeding and Baiting) to the Cumberland Zoning Ordinance, as recommended by the Planning Board. 10 - 087. To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on amendments to permitted and special exception uses in all Cumberland zoning districts, as recommended by the Planning Board. 10 - 088. To set a Public Hearing date (July 12th) to consider and act on Tax Anticipation Note borrowing. 10 - 089.
