Proposed Constitutional Amendment No. 1: "Shall the constitution be amended as proposed by a resolution of the legislature to codify the constitution?"; Proposed Constitutional Amendment No. 2: "Shall the constitution be amended as proposed by a resolution of the legislature to change the date of filing initiated legislation?"; Proposed Constitutional Amendment No. 3: "Shall the constitution be amended as proposed by a resolution of the legislature to empower the legislature with the consent of the people to authorize the issuance of state bonds for any purpose stated in the constitution?"; Proposed Constitutional Amendment No. 4: "Shall the constitution be amended as proposed by a resolution of the legislature to authorize the issuing of bonds in an amount not exceeding $7,000,000 to be used for the purpose of building a combination highway and railroad bridge across Fore River as authorized by the legislature?"; Proposed Constitutional Amendment No. 5: "Shall the constitution be amended as proposed by a resolution of the legislature to apportion the number of members of the house of representatives to be several towns?"
