No date or location, for this scene from an old post card with the name Phil. H. Bonnet on the back of it. I assume he was the photographer. #631 was a MEC Class 'S' 2-8-2 built in July of 1924 by Alco at Schenectady, New York. It was scrapped March of 1951. Builders Number: 65552. (Ref - R&LHS #152) /DL.
