Description

S.B. Morrison reports the status and needs of the regiment to Governor Washburn. He reports that the regiment recently moved from Fort Corcoran to their new camp at Camp Jameson in Arlington, Virginia. The Camp is located at Hall's Hill plantation burned three weeks prior by the Confederates.
