Captain William S. Clark recommends promotion of Lieutenant Benjamin F. Rollins and Sergeant Frank A. Clark, saying Clark 'is deserving of this promotion for the manly courage & unflinching bravery which he has shown in every battle & skirmish in which our Regt. has been engaged during the last hard & trying campaign."
