Town of Cumberland Town Council Meeting April 12, 1999 is the complete packet for the Cumberland Town Council meeting for April 12, 1999, and includes the minutes of the Town Council meetings of March 22, 1999 and March 29, 1999. Agenda items include:

99 - 043. To hold a Public Hearing to consider amendments to Section 406 of the Zoning Ordinance — clustered residential subdivision, the revisions remove the requirement that subdivisions in the Rural Residential districts be clustered, and allow for clustered, dispersed, and traditional types of development.

99 - 044. To hold a Public Hearing to consider an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to define clustered residential development, dispersed residential development, and traditional residential development.

99 - 045. To hold a Public Hearing to consider an amendment to section 204.1.1 and 204.1.2 of the Zoning Ordinance that would allow “rural lotting”. Rural lotting allows for a smaller minimum lot size if a portion of the same parcel is permanently protected from development. 99 - 048. To hold a Public Hearing to consider amendments to Section 104.77 of the Zoning Ordinance, and to Section 3-V of the Subdivision Ordinance — the definition of net residential acreage, the revisions change some of the features that would be deducted from the total parcel when calculating the density of a subdivision.

99 - 049. To consider and act on application of Innco, Inc. d/b/a Chebeague Inn for a Liquor License Renewal.

99 - 050. To consider and act on Special Amusement Permit for Innco, Inc. d/b/a Chebeague Inn.

99 - 051. To authorize Town Manager to accept payment of foreclosed property taxes and issue a Quitclaim deed for MAP U5A, Lot 09.

99 - 053. To amend Loan Agreement with SAD-51 to increase amount to $375,000.
