Agenda items include: 08 – 044. To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on Twin Brook Committee’s request for sodding of new field. 08 – 045. To hold a Public Hearing to consider and act on Football Boosters’ request for a concession stand at West Cumberland Field. 08 – 046. To set a Public Hearing (April 14th) to consider and act on authorizing the Cumberland Police Department to make arrests outside of municipal boundaries, pursuant to M.R.S.A. 17-A §15. 08 – 047. To set a Public Hearing date (April 14th) to consider and act on amendments to the Cumberland Shellfish Ordinance. 08 – 048.
