Town of Cumberland Town Council Meeting December 21, 1998 is the complete packet for the Cumberland Town Council meeting for December 21, 1998, and includes the minutes of the Town Council meeting of November 23, 1998. Agenda items include:

98 - 135. To set date for Public Hearing to discuss the issues of open space and to consider recommending a moratorium on new residential subdivisions.

98 - 136. To set date for Public Hearing to consider and act on amendments to Sec. 204.6 and Sec. 204.7 of the Zoning Ordinance. The amendments propose adding the use of "boarding kennels" to the Local Business (LB) district, and the Highway Commercial (HC) district along Route 100.

98 - 137. To set date for Public Hearing to consider amendments to the Zoning Ordinance that defines boarding kennels, and private kennels.

98 - 138. To set date for Public Hearing to review and consider recommending amendments to the official zoning map.

98 - 139.
