Agenda items include: 10 - 006. To hear a report from the Lands & Conservation Commission re: Vernal Pools Phase I. 10 - 007. To hear a presentation from Economic Development Director, Alyssa Daniels re: The Cumberland Maine Business Association. 10 - 008. To hear a report from the Finance Committee Chair re: FY’10 2nd quarter financials and to set dates for FY’11 municipal budget meetings. 10 - 009. To receive a Certificate of Sufficiency of Petition from the Town Clerk and to hold a Public Hearing to act on setting a March 2, 2010 Special Municipal Overrule Referendum Election date. 10 - 010. To authorize the Town Manager to process Senior Circuit Breaker Program payments. 10 - 011. To appoint Chris Bolduc as Director of Public Services. 10 - 012.
