Town of Cumberland Town Council Special Meeting January 3, 2011 is the complete packet for the Cumberland Town Council special meeting for January 3, 2011. Agenda items include: 11 - 001 To hear a report from David Bateman of Bateman Partners, LLC re: Drowne Road revitalization project overview. 11 - 001B To hear a report from the Town Attorney re: Drowne Road School future uses. 11 - 002 To hear a report from the Town Manager re: the fiscal impact of Drowne Road revitalization project. 11 - 003 To hold a Public Hearing to authorize the Town Manager to develop letters of intent for the sale, lease or transfer of the Doane Property, the Public Works Facility, and the Drowne Road School, and to work with Bateman Partners, LLC to create a master development plan for the entire project area, to be reviewed and report back to the Town Council no later than February 14, 2011.
