Town of Cumberland Town Council Meeting April 12, 2004 is the complete packet for the Cumberland Town Council meeting for April 12, 2004, and includes the minutes of the Town Council meeting of April 5, 2004. Agenda items include: 04 - 038. To correct the minutes of December 22, 2003 regarding item number 03-138 in order to add Article III to the list of amended articles. 04 - 039. To hold a public hearing to consider and act on an estimated 14% increase to the sewer rates, effective July 1, 2004. 04 - 040.
