To hold public hearing and act on application by Thomas Greenlaw for renewal of an auto graveyard/junkyard permit. 03 - 129. To hold public hearing and act on the renewal of Golf Club/Restaurant Liquor license and Special Amusement permit for Val Halla Country Club for the period January 2004 through January 2005. 03 - 130. To authorize the Town Manager to borrow $1.8 million in Tax Anticipation Notes. 03 - 131.
