Description
Major Ellis Spear makes recommendations for promotions, including Henry Sidlinger, Howard L. Prince, and William W. Morrell. He requests that the captain's commission for Mr. Besse be withdrawn, as he was never mustered in yet appears in two places on the rolls (2nd Lieutenant of Company Q, and Captain of Company A).
