Description
Shipping receipt from September 27, 1863 for the schooner Catharine, sailing from Blue Hill, Maine to Boston, Massachusetts with a cargo of preserved lobsters for William Underwood and Company. Printed form with logo of Moses Hale, Stationer of Ellsworth, and details handwritten in black ink on front side, and handwritten note on back side stating, "Bill of Lading, Wm Underwood & Co, Sept 1863."
